Yes, I believe that Mammie does too, but the difference is that Billy wants it not only for himself, but for Jill's legacy. Jill owns half of that company after buying it from Victor and then amalgamating it with Chancellor. Mamie on the other hand not only wants it for herself, but she wants to stick it to Jill.
Its nice to see a show do this now a days . I dont think it would bee seen in the past . Mental illness is a serious issue , Though they do drag the issues out to much. I do think its time to make a change with Connor .
Did anyone catch billy statement Jill told Him not to tell anyone . Billy goes and tells Lily then goes and tells Chelesea. Yet He tells Lilly not to tell any one.
Billy's just doing whatever it takes to get his way. Pretty sure if Mommy Dearest knew what he's pulling she would whack off his peepee with a office paper cutter. A dull one at that.

If that's the case I hope Devon. Lily, and Nate take the entire balk of wax. It was Jill and Lily who strong armed Devon into going public forcing him to have to sue to protect his interest. Jill and Lily were the one in the wrong then and are the ones that need punishing if anyone one does.
