Spoilers for the week of September 1-5
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of September 8-12 reveals that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will cancel the launch party while Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) considers making a criminal confession to Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
Y&R’s weekly promo kicks off with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), who gushes over how proud Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will be when he hears Daniel Romalotti Jr.’s (Michael Graziadei) first song.
However, Daniel will give Tessa all the credit for coming up with the lyrics and the melody.
After Daniel insists Tessa took those cords and made something beautiful, he’ll surprise her with a “just like you” compliment.
Tessa will be taken aback as Daniel tests the waters and takes the first step out of the friend zone. Will Tessa be on board with that or fight any feelings that might be bubbling up?
Next, Holden will drop more hints about his time with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) in Los Angeles.
As Holden sits on a park bench with Claire, he’ll admit that what went down back then wasn’t totally legal.
Claire will wonder if Holden is protecting Audra or perhaps himself. After Claire considers the possibility that it’s both, Holden will share what his real fear is.
“If you knew the truth about what happened, I’m afraid it might change the way that you see me,” Holden says to Claire in Y&R’s weekly preview video.
Of course, Claire has made her fair share of mistakes, including poisoning a good chunk of her family.
If Claire can convince Holden that she won’t judge him for his shady past, he might feel comfortable enough to come clean about what really went down.
At Society, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be all dressed up for the Abbott Communications launch bash, but they’ll realize there are no guests or decorations.
Sally and Billy will be taken aback since this was supposed to be their decked-out party venue, so they’ll wonder what’s going on.
That’s when Cane will pipe up near the bar and suggest that he’s glad they both made it since he was starting to get worried.
It looks like Cane will cancel the launch party or at least force a change of plans, so he may be in control of the company.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane will stir up plenty of conflict with Billy and Sally once they get updates on this shocking news.
Appreciate the Spoilers but you should state they are from SoapDirt.
