ReplyDeleteI agree, she's being ridiculous. I don't like audra, but I don't think that she is a danger to the kid, and I doubt that she will be around the little boy very often because they only have a professional career relationship
DeleteSo, so how does Summer get to adopt Harrison when his real mother is only in jail? I'm sure she should come out sooner or later. She would have had to sign the papers to give permission to give away her son and I don't think that would ever happen. So, how do you explain that?

DeleteThat's true a legal parent has to relinquish/give up legal rights to a child so an adoption can occur, but as was mentioned this is a soap not real life.
PMH & Betty Exactly I think when Victor asked Her she just said Yes , so that Victor can help her gain full custody. Several others are saying she never adopted Harrison also.
DeleteYou don't walk into someone's office want them to use their resources to get you full custody and lie about having adopted the kid.
DeleteMaybe there is a law because the mother is incarcerated and I believe for quite some time. And I'm betting that the adoption in Italy might be annulled in the US and that Kyle will use that and I don't blame him. She is the one who's freaking out and sued for full custody. I would like to know what their original custody agreement was when they divorced
DeleteSummer has lied about so many things so I wouldnt put it past her to lie to Victor about her Adopting Harrsion .. Since Victor was the one that brought it up i the first place.
DeleteSeveral are saying that She cannot adopt Harrsion out side the states as well. Tara is still alive and never gave up her parental rights.
Deletesummer's such a drama queen, she makes everything worse. painting audra as evil isn't working. audra has flaws but she'd never hurt a kid. summer acts like she's an axe murderer.

DeleteThat's ridiculous, Summer started it, and if fighting over kids meant that people shouldn't have children, they probably 3/4 of the parents in this country shouldn't be parents
DeleteAudra is also only Kyle's business partner, not his romantic partner anymore. Why would she be around Harrison anyway?

DeletePeople are saying Summer lied to Victor. She told Kyle a while back that she had to fight Him for visitation rights now she supposively adopted Harrison.
