As for Tara several say she is still coming back to fight for custody over Harrison... ( If anyone has ever been a step parent, some familys will let you in with open arms). Blended families. Thats exactly what Summer is .
I vaguely remember about adoption being mentioned while they were still in Milan, but I don't remember it ever being mentioned again. As for Terror OOPs I meant Tara Harrison was only only a means to a end. I don't see the writer writing anything that let's her out of jail soon, cause she committed financial fraud against the rich and powerful.
Other People have done worse then Tara has done in GC. So it is possible of her getting out. So many others should be there instead of Tara. Almost the entire town of GC. jmo.

Tara never gave up her rights on her son, she went to prison that doesn't mean that she is not his mother anymore and they never should have keep this little boy away from HIS real mother. She never armed him, she loves her son. Summer popped in his life because she was married to Kyle, a father he knows from less longer than his mother or than the man he thought was his father. Tara and Ashland were good and loving parents until their mistakes caught them but Harrisson is still Tara' son and NO Summer wasn't in his life longer than Tara!! She brought him to life and took care of him until they sent her to prison and cut her from his life, something she did not chose. Summer is over reacting, she is only being a Brat like always, she wants to be the one who's right and she is SOOOOOO jealous of Claire because she is Victoria's daughter and became precious to Victor eyes. That's all! Summer acts like Harrisson was her property but he is not and she doesn't have the skills to decide what's "best" for him regarding the situation, only a therapist would be able to. No one is property for one. But Summer is a step mother to Harrison, Summer & Sharon talked Sharon recommended a "tharapist".Kyle got sole custody of Harrison when they went to Italy. Ashland was only in Harrsions life for 3 years. . Sadly we don't know if Tara did or did not give up custody. Summer took on the role of a step mom. Summer is way out of line when it does come to Claire. ( the term adoptive is being in place due to she is taking on the role as a Mom.) Just like Nikki and Victor are taking on the role as great grandparents. You don't have to give birth to be a parent. No Im not the greatest fan of Summer after her episode recently but she is in Harisons life.
